All project work is governed by written agreements, including:

• Payment Terms & Milestones
• Revision Rounds
• Termination Clauses

Any changes to the project scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect costs and timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices.
• Late payments may incur interest or pause in service delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Hoko Hoko Media until full payment is received.
• Upon final payment, ownership rights for completed work are transferred to the client.
• Hoko Hoko Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all shared information as confidential. Any sensitive or proprietary business information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hoko Hoko Media shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions
• Third-party hosting or platform failures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

9. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, CMS, analytics). Hoko Hoko Media is not liable for performance, policies, or failures of third-party platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid dues become immediately payable, and Hoko Hoko Media will deliver all eligible work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
