The Government of Madhya Pradesh needed a digital backbone powerful enough to manage a hygiene initiative involving more than one million students across thousands of locations. We built the entire MIS and web portal that powered Global Handwashing Day for the state, enabling school level data entry, instant district wise aggregation and real time monitoring across fifty one districts. Our systems thinking approach ensured the platform remained stable under simultaneous peak loads while delivering reliable insights to WaterAid India, MPWASH and the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. This digital ecosystem transformed a massive field event into an organised, measurable and seamlessly executed public health programme.
