CORE required a digital ecosystem capable of capturing data from survey teams across India and converting it into actionable insights for policy level decision making. We built a dual platform solution consisting of a mobile application for field teams and a central web portal for supervisors and government authorities. The system captures GIS based pole mapping, wiring progress, geo tagged images and step by step field activity. Automated reports greatly reduce manual compilation and increase accuracy. By creating a structured information flow from remote sites to central offices, the platform improves transparency, enhances coordination and supports faster electrification progress across India's railway network.
